Davide Andreoli 45cbf72298 * Gadcon API 3 *BREAK* 
Version 3 add the *client_class param to icon(),label(),id_new(), id_del() 
 and the *orient param to orient().

All the modules (with a gadcon_client) need to be fixed...just add the new params 

to follow the EXTRA modules update.

Carsten Haitzler 20363fcb48 delete backgrounds and fonts we ship - don't need the fonts (system 
fontconfig should suffice these days) and sample backgrounds - well... let's
just move "sample data" to exchange's job. make's e's backage and default
install leaner.

work on bindings code - add actions system framework. it's not ready for
sliding in yet as i need to fill out actions  but once i do i can slide the
current code across and then work on sliding keybindings in.
