Carsten Haitzler f780a2408e fix screen res dialog - "are you sure dialog" was a glitch with auto-remembers. 
fixed. also the selection jumps back to the old res too now. fix res adjust
of windows to adjust right again.

Carsten Haitzler a9e7340190 you're all goign to kill me :) but here goes - i broke the dialog and config 
dialog api's - added name and class params so u can set the name and class -
so users can later use things like rememebr to rememebr where a dialog will
go for usability and convenience.

* desklock tries other comon pam profiles first that are more appropriate

Christopher Michael b64ab835e6 Little more frame size tweaking for languages other than English so that 
converted strings fit nicely in the frame titles, and the 2 frame titles
don't overlap.

Christopher Michael 4bb372ad2d Give ability for config dialogs to set their border icon to the proper 
config icon, rather than all having the E logo. Is proactive about setting
this: if it does not find or cannot set to that icon, it will fallback to
the E icon.

Change all config dialogs to support this.

If we have an internal border (config dialogs), disable the Create Icon/Edit
Icon menu items.

Carsten Haitzler 282a978df4 make res dialog not segv if u dont select refresh rate, make refresh get 
selected anyway, and  re-enable window resize/move to fit onto the screen if
you go down a resolution.

Carsten Haitzler 53f3e5dcd0 move bar directory down 1 level so all "bar" dirs are in their own domain - 
makes listing available bar dirs, managing them and so on much simpler and
cleaner. also add label popups to ibar (finally).

Carsten Haitzler 7aa50d144d randr - a nice module, isn't really needed anymroe now as almsot all the work 
is done by a config dialog (i added the safety box stuff from randr into it).
i just need to add the cde to restore on login now.
