Carsten Haitzler f780a2408e fix screen res dialog - "are you sure dialog" was a glitch with auto-remembers. 
fixed. also the selection jumps back to the old res too now. fix res adjust

Christopher Michael 206c7e1cb5 IBox also has the same problem as IBar. Seems o_empty object is not resized 
when the module is. Clicking in the center of the module (where o_empty is)
brings up the menu.

first a few patches - authors mailed.

then - bg selector work. and a few sample bg's. system bg's dir and user bg
dir - new bg dialog should also handle multihead simply too. picture select
button does work - but its only as smart as the old one (the code was built
off the old one). that needs a little work, but now the bg selector is fast
and slick - comes up instantly. resiable too.

Carsten Haitzler 87f257bb30 more paranoid memset 0 of desklock passwd (and comment them) - this way once 
you have authed your passwd wil not live on in memmory 1 cycle longer than it
needs to to get the pam auth done. security nuts shoudl be happy with that.
still need to fix the personal password though...

Carsten Haitzler 104b644327 todo++ - refinement of new fm work. 
fm2 now is much better at handling massive dirs of files - my test case is
5400 files or so in a dir (all jpg's). it seems rather happy dealing with it
and doesnt lock up or hang or seem to have issues. it just plods along.

sndev fdc2cbb4ad bug++. The maximaze state of the window has to be droped to non-maximazed state 
if window was resized. Otherwise on E restart it gets maximized.

Carsten Haitzler c2d5976dc4 handle resolution changes much mroe gracefully for windows - temporarily 
resize/move but store their info BEFORE res change and always TRY and restore
it until an app or u ser asks to move/resize a window explicitly (if you
leave them alone they will be happy)

Carsten Haitzler 0c8af50544 new basic mode shelf config - simpler with "pre-defined" recipies - this 
should stop people asking stupid things like "how can i get gadgets on the
desktop" as its a 1 click option. things like "they look like shit - cokie
cutter" are hidden so silly peolpe who dont listen to advice and dont select
below everything - have it selected for them. don't like the basic set of
options given - use advanced to fiddle to your hearts content.

Carsten Haitzler 3a2144cad0 nice little overhaul of module related stuff. moduels now finally RELY on 
module.eap files being installed - and using the e_apps api to load them and
ask for a name. Also icon is expected to be in this file too and i have
removed the info func call from modules as well as config_menu, module menus,
and other cruft in moduel structs. this also means revving the module api
version and saving users from a "if i recompile it will work" thing. :)
moduels need serious updates, not just a recompile for this. your modules
WILL break.

makes listing available bar dirs, managing them and so on much simpler and
