solves that unsolvable race... :) the other iseu i think is not relaed
to e and smellslike old garbage fb content either
xorg/kms/driver/kernel or something - i have seen junk onresume
sometimes but its a fb from like hours ago even so i smell it might be
that. this solves the other issue brought up by not making it possible
x11 modifier handling in events is broken: the modifier state is the state from
before the event, meaning that pressing caps lock will never result in an event where
the modifier is not set in the corresponding event
wayland handles this more sensibly, though it should be detected on key up rather
than key down

key presses during desklock should only be received by the lock implementation
and not by any other handler. this ensures that nothing unexpected can happen
with focus and simplifies overall key handling
after this commit, the new-but-invisible module "lokker" (or other custom loaded module) is in charge of creating all graphics for the lock screen, and it will be added to the user's config. failure to load a lockscreen module will just result in a black screen
desklock subsystem now handles all the pre/post lock stuff while the modules themselves are responsible for creating visuals and calling auth functions to determine whether to unlock the screen
if we're running in a non-X environment, we can't very well expect that using X calls to hide/show windows for desklock is going to work as expected. now a compositor backend can add a pre or post desklock hook to hide/show its clients as necessary
Do not abuse the concept of e_*_init(), make them call-once and those
that needed multiple call are renamed to e_*_update(). To make sure
convert them to EINTERN so the symbols are not exported.
Actually I guess too much is exported as EAPI while they should be
EINTERN, but that would require manual investigation, while this patch
was basically created with sed + grep.

If you deactivate screensaver (ie: move mouse) or unlock desklock
within some given threshold, ask user if he would like to enter
presentation mode or even if should increase timeout to next event.
This is also useful when at the office and you quickly move mouse in
order to keep your explanation. If you know your explanation is short,
just hit "increase timeout", otherwise "Yes" to increase timeout.
Increase timeout is a multiplier that will increment the factor on
each dialog answer.
There is an option to stop asking. This can be changed in "Advanced"
versions of screensaver and desklock dialogs.
