Get rid of warnings like below with recent automake (1.11 and newer):
src/bin/Makefile.am:6: warning: 'INCLUDES' is the old name for 'AM_CPPFLAGS' (or '*_CPPFLAGS')
src/bin/Makefile.am: installing './depcomp'
