this will clearly alert a user they are using e in wayland mode. this
is needed as there seems to be far too much confusion if e is in
wayland or not and when it is people having issues. this makes sure
e's wayland session desktop also has the label in it so it's clear etc.
so - some people have issues if we open devices. why... i don't know,
but add an option to toggle this and be conservative and have it off
by default

now have a base dpi (75) which is multiplied by the scale factor and
then set in both xft.dpi and xsettings. also a checkbox to turn
setting of this on or off so e can be told to not touch these at all.
this adds a live exposé style set of windows in large mode and 2d
navigation, allows it to stay up so you can bind to a single key or
mouse button to bring up and keep thre unbtil dismissed etc. ... this
requires theme changes and for now these changes have only been added
to the flat theme branch in efl - they will become default in the
future, so dont use this and expect it to work unless you also try the
flat theme default from the flat branch in efl. see

so e has had a bit of a mess of setuid root tools to do things that
are essential to maintaing a functioning desktop/laptop/tablet/phone
like device like shutting it down or suspending or sqizzling the cpu
governor or messing with the backlight or... you get the idea.
this has been spread around enlightenment_sys and other special
purpose tools. this now unifies it into a single "always there"
enlightenment_system backend setuid root slave process whose job it is
to do all these things via a stdio protocol in an organized way. this
means latency to do something is lower, but at the expense of
consuming ram and a lurking process. unfortunately the lurking will be
needed soon when i add ddc support to make it even vaguely efficient,
so it's a cost i guess we have to pay now. we'll need this in future
as well for some stats collection and more.
still need to port existing code to use this instead of the existing stuff,
and then remove of the old stuff.
