cpk	637e5ce74b	Okay Raster, don't shoot me. I've cleaned up the whole thing. I've ... added header files for most of the logical units, which greatly reduces the size of e.h. The dependencies are probably still a bit too dense, I'll look at that next. Things don't get rebuilt completely any more when efsd is updated. I've also started command line options.
