Menu-navigation does not show all directories. #55

Using 0.25.4 git 20231114 on Elive 3.8.39 Bookworm

Using the navigation option in the menu does not show all available directories that are actually there. When opening EFM those directories are shown, it's just the menu that doesn't.
There's no clear reason (to me) why this is happening i.e this includes directories that were already there on installing E25 as well as newly created ones.

i know - it skips symlnks and the way it's done is not great. efm is undergoing a rewrite - check efm2 in git. underway there. not going to fix existing efm stuff as a result of this.

OK, good enough for me but ..... thsoe directories were not symlinks. They were real existing dirs.
