Mike Blumenkrantz c61c107346 shelves now only watch all mouse events when autohide is set since a static shelf doesn't need to care about it; this will save some amount of cpu I guess ... this also breaks the use of e,state,focused programs on non-autohiding shelves, but nothing I'm aware of has ever used this, sooooooo :) also probably fixes ticket #1467 SVN revision: 76320		2012-09-07 18:59:43 +00:00
