Automatic migration to Eo4.

I just ran my script (email to follow) to migrate all of the EFL
automatically. This commit is *only* the automatic conversion, so it can
be easily reverted and re-run.

efl: add and fix some gcc lines and fix some examples. Its not possible to build from outside the directory with eina_prefix, the build still depends on PACKAGE_DATA_DIR
