Script gen_tty_keys.sh is heavily based on the script escapes.sh by Egmont
Koblinger.

NB: _actions is not being used in the key_bindings_load function, so
remove the variable.

Boris Faure f539eba7ca screw terminfo: have a config to decide whether erase is del or backspace 
One day I'll have to dig into the terminfo/termcap mess :(
