efl_mono: generate efl_canvas_vg_object.eo.cs

To use vector graphics in efl csharp bindings, it is permitted to
generate efl_canvas_vg_object.eo.cs.

Other efl_canvas_vg .eo.cs files have already been generated because the
file names were changed from efl_vg to efl_canvas_vg.
