eina: fix compilation if safety checks are disabled
A few files include eina_safety_checks.h and then expect that eina_log.h is also dragged in, however this isn't the case if the safety checks were disabled at configure stage. Include eina_log.h explicitly to fix this. Patch by: Marc Andre Tanner <mat@brain-dump.org> SVN revision: 52949
