edje doc: fix corrupted grouping.

there were some corrupted pair of group scopes,
Edje class size, text were under the both Edje Object and Edje Part
Edje Communication Interface Message, Edje Perspective were wrongly same.
Swallow, Box, Tabe were under the Edje Text Part.

This fixes all of them.
