the new API works with mimetypes, so we can remove the cnp types from
Ecore_Cocoa.h and just forward the types from ecore_evas directly

the elementary MARKUP stuff requires ecore_cocoa to be linked to evas to
find the function. However, ecore_XXXXX things should stay unrelated to
evas in most cases. Thus this was not a good idea and created a circular
dependency, this is fixed now.

ecore_cocoa_selection_clipboard_xxxx() have been renamed into
ecore_cocoa_clipboard_xxxx() and they have nothing to do with
selection, only with clipboard.
Since the API is not stable yet, I can change it.
