Jean-Philippe Andre 38446d8daf tests: Remove CPU affinity from all threads
I believe that all the threads created in our test suite should
be spawned without any special CPU affinity. The default parameter
is not 0 (corresponds to the first CPU, known as CPU 0) but -1.

Similarily the default priority is NORMAL (1), not 0 (URGENT).

This also affects two unused code paths: evas render2 and gl preload.

Jean Guyomarc'h 147ef32b2b efl: fix misleading indentation
GCC's -Wmisleading-indentation is complaining...
It is a warning flag introduced in GCC 6.x, and
is enabled by -Wall.

Daniel Kolesa 7782c0bcb9 eolian: add event_prefix and have classes follow that or eo_prefix by default
Previously events used to use class name as a prefix and ignored eo_prefix
when specified. This is no longer the case. Events follow eo_prefix by default
now. In order to get around this for classes where this is undesirable, a new
field event_prefix was added which takes priority over eo_prefix. If neither
is specified, class name is used like previously.

Jean-Philippe Andre 8367f497b8 Evas.Image: Create Efl.Canvas.Image for file & data images
This replaces standard Evas_Object_Image when it is used "normally",
ie. it's an image from a file or from a pixel buffer. All other APIs
(proxy, snapshot, 3d, gl, ...) are disabled on this object.

Also, reduce number of failing calls when the object is not a legacy
object, but a legacy function is called. This is because a lot of
image APIs are called internally using the legacy APIs, often in
order to reset the state of the image object (eg. set file to NULL,
etc...)

Tom Hacohen f21ade6123 Automatic migration to Eo4.
I just ran my script (email to follow) to migrate all of the EFL
automatically. This commit is *only* the automatic conversion, so it can
be easily reverted and re-run.

Jean-Philippe Andre f020171bf2 Evas GL common: Disable evas gl preload by default
Unfortunately, this "feature" has many problems and does not really
fix those it was supposed to address:

- Elm Photocam becomes horrible to use (the transition from
  low-res to high-res tiles triggers this miniature path).

- Evas async preload callback is called before the full image
  is ready (ie. the texture is not uploaded yet), when really
  the preload callback should be triggered only once the image
  is 100% ready. (TODO)

- Sometimes the miniature image keeps being used even though the
  main image has been uploaded (eg. with E background). Maybe the
  object image is not redrawn when it should.

- This uses a separate thread for the upload, which is both a good
  and bad idea because we need to do a make current. Also, this does
  not upload the full-res image tile by tile, but only in one pass,
  thus blocking the render loop until finished.

This patch changes the env var from "EVAS_GL_NOPRELOAD" to
"EVAS_GL_PRELOAD" (and only "1" will enable).

Sorry Cedric, we can talk later about how to improve this.

Jean-Philippe Andre ce166ec223 Evas: Fix crash in GL engine(s) during preload cancel
In my config, running terminology with the GL engine and under
cserve2, some image could not be loaded. The tex argument
in evas_gl_preload_target_[un]register was NULL, leading to
an immediate crash.

Jean-Philippe Andre 82e8028b5d evas/cserve2: Fix image preload with gl-x11 engine
Cserves supports only the SW (xlib) and GL (gl-x11) engines.
Also, improve cs2 support for some lesser used functions in the
gl_x11 engine.

Cedric Bail d06a0982ef evas: add support for asynchronously uploading GL texture.
NOTE: when using Evas_Object image preload infrastructure the GL texture
upload was uploaded from the main loop during the rendering stage. This
could lead to some frame drop during fast animation due to the time needed
to upload that texture.

This patch fix this problem by uploading a small texture quickly (16x16)
and waiting for going back to the main loop to be able to use the same GL
context from another thread to do the texture upload asynchronously without
blocking the main loop.
