This has been deprecated for a while and is not strictly necessary
- as a part of an effort to stabilize Eolian, remove this. Eolian
will eventually gain support for versioning and use a reversed
behavior (i.e. no NULL by default), but the API it wlll use for
that will be very different. Features can always be added, it's
much harder to drop them.

Summary:
All legacy @since tags have already moved to the *.legacy.h files.
EO files are now devoid of @since tags (except some eldbus still
needed for legacy).
Upcoming patches will add @since 1.22 to those APIs which come out
of beta in this release.
APIs marked @beta do not need @since tags.
Test Plan: Everything builds, EO docs (like DocFX) have no Since tags.

Summary:
Instead of surrounding all the #include "*.eo.h" lines in Efl.h
with #ifdef EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT, include these files unconditionally, but mark
all classes as @beta in the eo files.
This will allow taking them out of beta one by one as we deem them stable enough.
Otherwise, the current procedure involves moving the #include line out of the
ifdef block, which is cumbersome and messes include order.

This reverts commit 4e110a34bf.
Urgh. I'm stupid. Conceptually I still like the idea of the
region proxy, that only renders part of the source object
in a proxy surface. The problem right now is that the proxy
subrender mechanism renders to a surface that belongs to
the **source** and not the proxy object. As a consequence,
the region would become a property of the source, rather than
the proxy, which is not at all the intention of the original
patch. In other words, everything would fall apart if an object
has more than one proxy, for whatever reason.
I realized that when trying to actually test the region proxy.
It didn't work at all. Revert for now.
This will allow partially rendering a proxy in a smaller image,
limited to the specified region. At the moment, this will allow
apps to create proxies of very large objects and let them deal
with the geometry & clipping.
This is not directly solving the issues with adding a filter
to textblock or the infinite page scrollers.
@feature
So, it seems my previous commit 79abba52c5 was a job
half done, as I forgot to remove Evas.Image from the inheritance
tree of all new evas image classes.
Complex types (i.e. list, array, hash, accessor etc.) now do not require
pointers with them anymore (the pointer is implied) and the same goes for
class handles. Eolian now explicitly disallows creating pointers to these
as well. This is the first part of the work to remove pointers from Eolian
completely, with the goal of simplifying the DSL (higher level) and therefore
making it easier for bindings (as well as easier API usage).
@feature
This is a bit artificial, as all image objects are still based on
the Evas.Image main class. The inheritance tree alone does not
give much information on what features are supported by which
class (eg. only Efl.Canvas.Image supports the file interface for
file_set).
Efl.Canvas.Snapshot and Efl.Canvas.Proxy are specialized
classes previously implemented as features of Evas.Image.
Note: this half of the work, as I suffered from a bad
merge and rebase with my work branch on top of master.
