Summary:
- According to Copyright and license in Openstreetmap

credit has to be in the corner of map.
- Add copyright_cb which returns an object to show copyright.
Test Plan:
1. Excecute elementary_test->map
2. Right click->source->set any tile source
3. Observe copyright is added.

These macros allow you to define module informations like
author/description/version/license
e.g.

Now eina_modinfo can show these informations to users

There are several cases of failure:
- if regex is NULL, regfree(regex) may lead to segmentation fault
(undefined behaviour, as specified in POSIX.1)
- if regex is not NULL, there are cases of use-after-free.

Previously events used to use class name as a prefix and ignored eo_prefix
when specified. This is no longer the case. Events follow eo_prefix by default
now. In order to get around this for classes where this is undesirable, a new
field event_prefix was added which takes priority over eo_prefix. If neither
is specified, class name is used like previously.

Or else it will create dozens of ctxpopup's if user applied wrong or broken
theme that do not remove ctxpopups at all (lack of programs/signals or whatever
brokes ctxpopup behaviour)
