Carsten Haitzler 5b99d0f561 efl debug - start on common file for efl_debug tools for protocol 
this should reduce duplication between debugd and debug tools

Carsten Haitzler 664708b817 eina - start a much improved eina dbug infra and have eina_log use it 
this makes eina_log give bt's for all error logs. this is very useful
in finding just where a problem happens. the problem int he past is
that these have not been too useful due to backtrace_symbols() being
"useless". thus use the eina_btlog tool i added too.

also started infra for a debug monitor that can use the backtrace
infra to collect runtime stats ANY TIME for a process (don't need to
run under a debugger).

Carsten Haitzler 6cd13509b6 efl - add model mv header to installled headers - fix build break 
this broke anything building against efl because this header was never
installed... yet another build break in the last 2 days.

Daniel Kolesa f33101ea8c elua/autotools: generate .eo.lua files out of all eo files at build time 
Also change the generator a bit so that it doesn't rely on lib name information
and fix the runtime to properly source lua files within tree.

Tom Hacohen 23143148f1 Build system: Clean up the generation of sources from eolian. 
This cleans up a lot of the build system. This makes everything
consistent, clean, less redundant and also fixes the issue of make clean
not cleaning up generated files.

Savio Sena becdaf89c8 autotools: Renamed EOS variable in the Makefiles uniquely. 
EOS in Makefile_Efl.am becomes EFL_EOS.
EOS in examples/eolian_cxx/Makefile.am becomes ECXX_EXAMPLE_EOS.
