Horms 9f41b13cb3 Save and restore autogenerated changelog when debian/rule's clean 
target runs. Otherwise the following breaks because make distclean
removes autogenerated files, but debian/rules expects the changelog
to always be there:

fakeroot ./debian/rules clean ; ./debian/rules build

Note that this does not fix packages who are handled by cdbs,
that will need to be fixed separately

Stafford Mitchell Horne 7ba307776d Edje textblock cleanups fixes 
* Fix edje font order (source, size, font) . This is needed so that evas
   when parsing the style will only try to load the font once it sees the
   font name. otherwise, if we load before we know where the source is and
   fontconfig will takeover and load up all of its fallbacks.
 * Remove inheritance. This is covered by evas. This means the text_class
   will only modify style parameters which are already defined in the style.

Carsten Haitzler 80aef40315 nooo. debian/changelog is meant to be in MAINTAINERCLEANFILES - because make 
maintainer-clean is something the maintainer of the source does to clean out
auto-generated files that are gerenated BY configure, autoconf etc. etc. so
the tree looks basically like what is committed to cvs only and nothing else.
once done you need to re-run autogen.sh to build. package building should
have no business running make maintainer-clean. package builds should only be
doing:

(set up environment)
configure (options)
make (options)
make install (options)
(extract files into package)

Carsten Haitzler 46c7d3b025 1. new engine inheritance scheme - its recursive if u want it to be, and so 
far buffer, software_x11 and fb engines use it. need to make allother
software enignes use it next then the gl, cairo, xrender engines, then dfb.
it cuts out a LOT of duplicate code. makes writign a new engine or engine
variant much simpler

rephorm 803562a836 don't free color class stuff in text_on_del, it gets done in color_class_on_del... 
also, it seems as though default descriptions at least are shared between objects of the same group, so when this set the color_class to NULL, all other objects lost their colors.

David Walter Seikel 33d8ec9653 When I cloned the pipe read stuff to make pipe error, I didn't realise that 
ECORE_FD_ERROR is not the stderr equivilant of ECORE_FD_READ.  I just cloned,
and changed READ's to ERROR's.

imho ECORE_FD_ERROR is missnamed, and should at least be better documented.
See man select_tut, especially the entry on exceptfds.

Carsten Haitzler 370108d580 a bit of work to make dns lookups happen in a forked child - the dns protocol 
stuff, though nice and cool, is having problems with multiple listing returns
and more with segv's, so this is the fastest/easiest fix right now - all the
old code is still there.
