There are several lines to get edje_object_data from elm_hover
or elm_hoversel like edje_object_data_get(elm_layout_edje_get(obj), "key");
These codes can be replaced with elm_layout_data_get(obj, "key");

Summary:
elm_hover_dismiss() doesn't hide hover directly, but sends signal only.
It can be translated that "dismiss" do not hide hover only, but handles
some works. (EDC program, callbacks etc.)
However, "dismiss" sends signals after hide hover itself, so following
edje signals are ignored. (Hover cannot be seen already!)
This patch makes hover dismiss delayed while handling edje signal.

Size or offset spacer make hover be able to move its swallows to right positions.
In elm_layout_sizing_eval() for hover, moving and resizing spacers are done
after moving and resizing hover.

Change requested by TAsn. Previuosly AT-SPI headers were kept private
and included directly into elementary source code. From now on,
AT-SPI headers can be included from Elementary.h public header, however
will be marked as beta APIs.
Commit includes following changes:
* include all atspi headers into new elm_interfaces.h header.
* marking all at-spi interfaces methods/properties as @protected.
* wrap all common headers with EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT.
* make some common APIs visible in lib, by adding EAPI attribute
(if someone decides to use beta APIs).

Unified the local variable name to ret if the ret is a return value of
another content_unset calls.
- Evas_Object *int_ret --> Evas_Object *ret
- Evas_Object *int_content --> Evas_Object *ret
- Evas_Object *content --> Evas_Object *ret
to fix a window position bug, window had to track actual geometry and
not alwasy be at 0,0. but this means hover, that is getting geometry
of the win object sometimes to figure out hover coverage area, and
thus now x, y are not 0, 0 anymore...

Hover itself does not get key event. It should just forward the event to
the internal objects. So make it unfocusable.
Special thanks to Woohyun Jung.
MAX and MIN are defined in a couple of places and they was already
defined in elm_priv.h. So use elm_priv.h's one.
I also moved CEIL to elm_priv.h that can be used in another places.
There are elm_widget_theme/theme_set/theme_get functions.
In Eolian these functions will be described as "theme" method and
"theme" property. There is clash here.
So add suffix "_apply" to Eo API for "elm_widget_theme".
Being annoyed by different types of eina critical macros - CRI, CRIT,
CRITICAL -, I concluded to unify them to one. Discussed on IRC and
finally, CRI was chosen to meet the consistency with other macros -
ERR, WRN, INF, DBG - in terms of the number of characters.
If there is any missing bits, please let me know.
- "clicked" smart callback was used for dismiss action.
- "clicked" should be removed in EFL 2.0. Updated "EFL 2.0 TODO" wiki page.
- Updated ChangeLog and NEWS.
- Added sample code to elementary_test.
- Updated documentation.
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.
