elementary/pager - modified to content use EVAS_CALLBACK_DEL callback.

Because sub,del callback will be called for both base and content,
the item finding root will be called twice unnecessary.
This changes provide somewhat optimized sequence.

if user call the elm_pager_content_pop when pager has two items on the stack,
the bottom item can be incorrect. so when user call the content_bottom_get right after pop,
the returned item would be not bottom content but top.

Always check for valid evas object.

If you try to create a new widget, you must be sure that the parent
is really an evas object.
With the previous implementation it was possible to call an _add
function for an elementary widget with any non-null pointer as parent
eventually causing crashes (like with the elm_box).

Improve Focus manager.
...
In Window show, the focus is given to first focusable object, or to
window if no exist focusable object. So, suggest create the widgets
before show the window.
If pager is focused, it give the focus to top page in each promote.

Before, the focus_cycle try pass the focus to next, and try again if
need loop the objects. Now, the focus cycle return possible next

Hi everyone,
I have done 2 new style for the pager widget:
"slide" and "slide_invisible"
They work different from the other styles: new (pushed) pages
comes from right and the old go out left, while popped pages
goes out from right. It works like the enna browser, or like all the
"browser lists" on iphone.
The patch include the 2 new styles, a new elementary_test
page called "Pager Slide", a little code for elm_pager.c that was
needed
for the new style to work and simple update for the other existing
styles.
