Summary:
Like other classes and methods, the classes and methods for extension
methods of ItemFactory are moved inside the namespace.
Consequently, the namespace in the class name for extension methods is
removed to avoid duplicate namespace name.

This was driving me nuts... Am I the only one seeing these things?
After 892c26f906, widget factories require
a widget to be their parents.
This commit updates C# tests and adds a warning message to elementary if the user does
not provide one.
