Summary:
This is not the end of fixing eolian errors. I need to keep fixing
more.
Test Plan:
1. export EOLIAN_ENFORCE_SINCE=1
2. ninja

Summary:
Sorry to touch stable eo classes. there is name conflict issue between class and
property when binding language is generated from eo. for example in C#, compiler
error occurs.
```
src/bindings/mono/efl_input_key.eo.cs(272,26): error CS0542:
`Efl.Input.Key.Key': member names cannot be the same as their enclosing type
```
This patch changes Efl.Input.Key.GetKey/SetKey method to
Efl.Input.Key.GetKeySym/SetKeySym and generates Efl.Input.Key.KeySym
property.
Note that CAPI is not changed.

was only recently marked as stable
rename this property, as this name was considered better.

Summary:
All legacy @since tags have already moved to the *.legacy.h files.
EO files are now devoid of @since tags (except some eldbus still
needed for legacy).
Upcoming patches will add @since 1.22 to those APIs which come out
of beta in this release.
APIs marked @beta do not need @since tags.
Test Plan: Everything builds, EO docs (like DocFX) have no Since tags.

Summary:
Instead of surrounding all the #include "*.eo.h" lines in Efl.h
with #ifdef EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT, include these files unconditionally, but mark
all classes as @beta in the eo files.
This will allow taking them out of beta one by one as we deem them stable enough.
Otherwise, the current procedure involves moving the #include line out of the
ifdef block, which is cumbersome and messes include order.

This change finally introduces deferred parsing of inherits to
Eolian, after a long time and many iterations. That means instead
of parsing inherits directly as part of the main file's parse pass,
they're pushed into a queue and parsed later. The validation engine
was modified to properly fill in the remaining info afterwards.
This may introduce breakages but I haven't noticed any. It also
properly unlocks cyclic dependency support in Eolian.
Additionally, this also introduces checks for duplicates in class
inherits (class Foo(Bar, Bar) is no longer possible) and it adds
stricter name checks, so you can no longer have a class Foo.Bar
and refer to it as Foo_Bar in implements. This was actually never
meant to be supported, but the check was previously broken.
@feature
A few classes allow their objects to be duplicated, so they should all
use the same interface.
Also, rename VG's dup to copy_from as it's not conforming to the
definition of dup.
Test scenario:
elementary_test -to "ExtScroller"
Try and modify a slider's value with the mouse wheel. Bad things
were happenning, as the flag ON_HOLD was not properly propagated
from the slider to the scroller. This is because the legacy
event_info structure inside the eo event info was not updated
with the new flag value.
By introducing a new EO only API, which is meant to remain
internal, we can use a single legacy info structure, fixing
this issue.
Note: In the future this API needs to be internal, not protected.
@fix
This removes:
Efl.Event interface
And renames:
Efl.Event.Input -> Efl.Input.Event
Efl.Event -> Efl.Input.Event (merged)
Efl.Event.Pointer -> Efl.Input.Pointer
Efl.Event.Key -> Efl.Input.Key
Efl.Event.Hold -> Efl.Input.Hold
This also moves some interfaces from efl/ to evas/ where they
belong better.
This allows renaming Eo_Event to Efl_Event.
