Daniel Juyung Seo 74b3eed5fd elm: print the error message inside elm_widget_sub_object_add(). 
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
   Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
   So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.

Shinwoo Kim f10fb3e115 [access] export some APIs,and remove unnecessary lines. 
+ elm_access_object_register();
  + elm_access_object_unregister();
  + elm_access_text_set();
  + elm_access_text_get();
  + elm_access_cb_set();

These APIs are to use edje part, evas object as an accessible object.
and do not create access object, because access object would be created at run time.
This is different with internal API _elm_access_object_register();

Yakov Goldberg 5c98343198 We have ported to Eo all the widgets of elementary. We didn't change the inheritance itself, only the mechanism, as done previously in Evas, Ecore and Edje. We removed totally the previous inheritance mechanism.

Subject: [E-devel] [patch][elementary] dayselector - focus chain, and
about accessibility policy.

dayselector does not work in focus cycle because there is no
focus_chain().
because dayselctor is a child of Elm_Layout_Smart_Class, so it is
enough to
use focus_chain() of layout.

and.. very carefully..
i'd like to raise an issue that currently visually impaired person
should
be obliged to click(tap) quickly two times to activate widget such as
button, check.
the implementation to check 2nd click in elm_access is great. but one
single click is enough to activate button or change state of elm_check.
moreover some widgets like dayselector which has customized style for
elm_check does not work properly, because they do something at signal
'mouse,down,1'.

Carsten Haitzler 3a7b769a63 use the new escape text set to clear up issues if theme has TEXT vs 
TEXTBLOCK items and handling escapes so text is consistend across elm.
fiuxes the fileselector issues kai reported.

Please find the modified patch after the suggested changes. 
[ APIs are provided for setting week_start, weekend_start & weekend_length.Default values are fetched
from elm_config instead of edc styles.]

ChunEon Park 236192cd9a elementary - modified content_set/get/unset part names to be simple names. 
Previous part names are just the swallow part names
but in modified version, the part names chaned to simpler meaning names to use.

i.e for button

elm_object_content_part_set(button, "elm.swallow.icon", icon);
-> elm_object_content_part_set(button, "icon", icon);

Carsten Haitzler f5ce029839 make toggle just a feature of check - on/off state and a togle style.

3v1n0 ff67ce31fb Always check for valid evas object. 
If you try to create a new widget, you must be sure that the parent
is really an evas object.

With the previous implementation it was possible to call an _add
function for an elementary widget with any non-null pointer as parent
eventually causing crashes (like with the elm_box).
