evas can tell us max texture size. in edje when we have image sets
(multiple images that make up mipmaps effectively for a logical
image), we now can avoid choosing an image that exceeds max texture
size. this actually fixes bugs i have seen on the rpi3 which has a max
texture size of 2048 which makes it easy to exceed it with wallpapers
or even terminology's default theme.
so combo of new feature and fix... but requires a rebuild of the edj
files...

Extension Methods' classes have methods with same names and parameters.
e.g. Text<T>(this Efl.Ui.ItemFactory<T> fac)
Although the where clause contains different classes, they cannot be
identified as different methods by C# compiler.

Since spotlight managers call group_member_add() with spotlight

This commit is absolutly wrong. This makes running wayland apps intree
impossible, and also crashes tests when run in wayland mode.
I asked multiple times in the revision for clarification, noone
answered.
This tricked me today for the second time, so better revert that.

we dont keep our window id up to date... it changes somewhere along
the way during init.... (ecore evas does this e.g. go from normal to
alpha window it has tocreate a new window id anyway)... so stay up to
date so we send a req for the right window id...

There was code in progressbar that parsed its own theme name, applied a
change, reassembed it, and set it again. However, when we simply stick
to the theme apply code path that we have in efl.ui.layout_base, we can
simply set the horizontal / vertical part to be the element, the rest is
the class. This safes a lot of code, additionally, the setting of the
spacer had to be moved to the theme_apply method, as this would not work
otherwise.

this is something which was never ever working before. However, while
fixing the 24h mode, it also appeared that the theming was applied in
the wrong spot, which resulted in signals beeing called on a not yet
themed object, so the theming was also fixed. (Which is the theme_apply
change).
To sum up:
- The theme is now applied by efl_ui_layout_base
- the range is now correct for 24h mode
- There is a quite major problem with the theme, see T8546
- As a quick fix, am / pm button can be disabled.

Commits b3114e2484, e3a28ecd1e, and
eafed87ffd moved some previously public API functions to be
internal because they are not used outside of EFL. As such, we need to
include the ecore_wl2_internal.h header file here because those
functions are used inside Elementary.
So apparently Enlightenment uses 'seat0' for input name and Weston
uses 'default'. Test for E_START env var and adjust function call so
that the test does not fail in either case.
The test for ecore_wl2_input_keymap_get was causing failues in the
suite because we need to verify that the input device is a keyboard
before we can check for a keymap.

ecore_wl2 test suite to timeout/stall.

xserver stopped containing mouse to screen bounds a while back... this
si broken. so enforce this policy with an api that take a list of
screen rects (relative to root) and makes those the barrier bounds so

implement text_class override at object level, where you can change the text_class for single textblock object instead of override all objects that share same text class.

After splitting font family and size set operation, expedite lost a 10%
speed due to doing a double initialization (Once when the family is set
and one when the size is set). This was noticable in a few tight running
tests. This patch enforce that no initialization is called until the size
and the family are set.

When line numbers were disabled in the widget there was still
some remnant of the background colour of gutter in the widget.
This respects having the line numbers disabled visually.

evas_object_clip_unset was broken for group object in several month or year..
basically,
evas_object_clip_unset(obj)
efl_canvas_object_clipper_set(obj, NULL)
is equal on efl_clip implements,
but on the group object, we need to unclip the whole group children in
efl_canvas_group_efl_canvas_object_clipper_set
which was not performed by legacy clip_usnet API.
Test Plan:
try clip_unset(obj) and clipper_set(obj, NULL) in any group clipped case
(i.e. scroller content) and see clip_unset is broken and fixed by patch.
