Rafael Fonseca 6485492cbe Make valgrind know about eina mempools. 
Because mempools generally allocate a big memory area and distribute chunks of
that area to the users, valgrind can not know about logical invalid access. By
using some valgrind macros we can tell valgrind about mempools and which area
can be accessed or not.

To start with I have just done valgrind integration on chained mempool but soon
it will be done for one_big too.

The code below is an example on which valgrind wouldn't complain without this
patch:

Carsten Haitzler c747bfaadb well got to start somewhere. eina 1.0.0 alpha readied. need to go over 
code formatting still (headers specifically). bring doc building
in-line with other efl libs. README is useful now. Changelog waiting
to be filled in for 1.0.0

Vincent Torri c97a897584 use Win32 native mutex on Windows. To use it, pass the following option 
to configure:

--enable-win32-threads

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri ddb8c95fa9 SVN_REPO_PATH envvar during autoconf to use svnversion in there. 
Some systems, like the Gentoo, copy the svn contents somewhere before
doing the autoconf, this may result in lack of .svn and thus minor
version "0".

This patch introduces the $SVN_REPO_PATH to say where the svn checkout
containing the ".svn" directory is.

Vincent Torri 8840ed4118 on some platform, iconv.h defines iconv() with a macro, 
hence the check with AC_SEARCH_LIBS s not sufficient. So
we link a complete program.
