This removes Efl.Pack_Named which had a terrible name,
removes Elm.Container which should have been renamed
Efl.Ui.Container anyway, and introduces an interface
Efl.Container instead.
The hierarchy tree is now changed as objects don't inherit
from Efl.Container (it's an interface, not a regular class)
but only implement it. Obviously it is very easy to
reintroduce an Efl.Ui.Container parent class if we need it,
but I guess it should have some actual logic. It's basically
part of what Elm.Widget already does.
Some function names have been modified to look better in C
with the efl_content prefix.

As discussed on the mailing list we're taming the icon_standard code.
This means that icon themes are set by the user not the app.
Deprecate all the icon_lookup calls etc and remove the behaviour.
Add a config panel to elementary_config where the theme can be selected.

lots of long paths for monitoring file paths for icons etc. are in
memory for efreetd. this reduces that memory by sharing them much more.

Untested yet. Will need to add the common 3 classes:

And then implement a true custom layout function, that
respects weights in a certain manner (need to define it
clearly).
This fixes the linear API usage with a table.
TODO:
- remove internal table (as it doesn't support layout funcs)
- implement multiple layout functions (regular, homogenous, ...)
This shows how to implement a layout function, with the
required Eo class boilerplate (note: could probably be
simpler with the appropriate macros, or a better solution
to create classes on the fly in C).
The layout function itself is awful, but shows that "it works".
This reuses the Evas.Box code, since we are still using the
box internally. The flow layout function is far from perfect
(it works well only with items of same height).
This shows how to use specific layouts provided by EFL.
This reverts commit 6f7608befd.
Item in table and box do not need names as they have an index. This
is breaking ABI for edje application that rely on getting the index
properly when a signal is emitted. To be precise, this did break
elemines.
This was broken in c0f887b429 (2015/10/01).
What happened was: ted->filter is not part of tex->text anymore,
so it didn't get copied over from the parent.
Thanks @zmike for the report and pointing out the bad commit.

Modify the way hooks are defined and used by promise generation in
Eolian in the Eo API.
Instead of passing macro names as parameters to EO_FUNC_BODY macros,
just re-define the actual hooks when it is needed.
so efreets tmp file/cache/log file handling was broken, using
filenames in tmp and renaming them to a caceh dir that can be on
different filesystems. also log file should have been in a tmp dir ...
and subsidrs cache didnt get renamed properly at all and thus not
updated.

Add a promise object to allows Eolian interface to include promises
as a way to have asynchronous value return and composibility.
The usage is like this in a .eo file:

Which will create the following API interface:
void foo_bar(Eo* obj, Eina_Promise** promise);
and a Eina_Promise_Owner for the implementation, like this:

Add two parameters for macros that generate API functions in Eo so
that the generation can be customized with macros used by Eolian.

content_box is useless and also it make recursive calcuation by
adding win resize object which was already set by parent box.
this patch removing useless content_box object and make Check Cursor
works properly as it intended.
Summary:
Some keywords cause parsing error when they are used as part name.
For example,

}
The part name "box" should be processed by wildcard handler,
but this is pushed into stack. (collections.group.parts.part.box ...)
This patch pushes token into stack only when it doesn't have quotes.

Support hexadecimal color code in EDC.
Four types of color code are acceptable.
All values below mean 'Red'. (255 0 0 255)
color: "#F00";
color: "#F00F";
color: "#FF0000";
color: "#FF0000FF";
Color code tables are usually provided with hexadecimal numbers.
Supporting hexadecimal color code will allow developers to skip
manual conversion hex to decimal.

While preloading itself is fixed, we forgot a little detail there is limit to
the amount of files we can open on any system. This is high enough on Linux that
we never see the issue, but on MacOS X, we can't even build elementary theme.
Reverting this for now and until we have a proper fix for this.
