Summary:
These three classes have essentially the same API, just different
underlying data types. This patch seeks to improve the docs for all
three while retaining or improving the consistency between them.
Several functions had completely incorrect documentation (looks like
cut-and-paste mistakes), others had missing or incorrectly named
parameter documentation, typographical errors, or other similar issues.
This also cleans up a lot of spelling and grammar errors, defines return
values as part of @return, and reformats/revises doxygen code for
consistency.
There are no changes to code, except some whitespace cleanup.

The api name free_return wasnt a good choice so it is changed to
release. This also moves the implementation to binbuf template so it is
available in all buf types.
Some code needs to read directly into eina_binbuf to avoid an extra
copy from eina_binbuf_append* variants.
This can be achieved by using eina_binbuf_expand(), which returns a
write-able slice of the spare bytes. Once they are used,
eina_binbuf_use() should be called to increment "buf->len", which is
used by all other binbuf functions such as eina_binbuf_length_get() or
eina_binbuf_append_slice().
eina_binbuf_manage_new provide the functionnality of both eina_binbuf_manage_new_length
and eina_binbuf_manage_read_only_new_length. Those function get deprecated.
Summary:
I've combed through the Eina source files and made enhancements to the
documentation, including:
- Document the undocumented
- Fixed some errors in Doxygen markup
- Moved some function documentation from implementation (.c or .x) to definition
(.h)
- Edited some of the entries to improve clarity

It is sometime useful to start from a defined buffer, but to not touch it
until needed. This make life of caller more easier as they don't need to
duplicate the buffer themself as Eina will now take care of that.
