Summary:
play_count is a tad simpler to understand, since it means the TOTAL number of
times the animation will play.
The default value is now 1, and 0 means INFINITE (instead of -1). This allows
removing yet another constant from header files.

To synchronize other types of event info,
Efl_Canvas_Animation_Player_Running_Event_Info is changed to
Efl_Canvas_Animation_Player_Event_Running.
Remove unused struct.
