I splited ELM_SAFE_FREE refactoring patches. One commit per each file as recommended.
For the detail, please refer 3072dab12f12fe83fb5a628d15efd5cded11787f.
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.
1. delete_me was already there before on_deletion was used.
2. delete_me and on_deletion are same.
3. evas also has delete_me so use the same name.
4. i didn't change naviframe because it has different on_deletion usages from other widgets.

behaves.
Containers like boxes should not be resizing themselves, but flagging
desireable sizes via size hints to parent widgets.
Let it be that way for now, though. Ctxpopup is giving me A LOT OF
HEADACHE to port to the new schema without having to rewrite it :(.
It has the craziest code flow on sizing things, and of course that
code is uber fragile to borks.

using elm_widget_focus_direction_go function, focus will be moved from
the current focused object to the near object in one direction.
Direction can be set by degree(for easy usability). Degree changes
clockwise, i.e. 0 means UP, 90 means RIGHT, 180 means DOWN, and 270
means LEFT. You can select any direction by changing this degree.

* proxy signals from evas_object_box: child,removed and child,added. Both
will carry event_info being the child element.
* elm_box_recalculate() to force recalculation of internal box, thus
applying the layout to children.
Thanks btdrucke for reporting!

Deprecated existing APIs but not removed them. They will be removed
sometime later or when elm 1.0 is released. And added new APIs.
I fixed box, table and toolbar. I will modify other codes in trunk soon.

If you try to create a new widget, you must be sure that the parent
is really an evas object.
With the previous implementation it was possible to call an _add
function for an elementary widget with any non-null pointer as parent
eventually causing crashes (like with the elm_box).
SVN revision: 55521
This function does not receive the Widget object in the parameter
Evas_Object *obj, so it must not check its type with ELM_CHECK_WIDTYPE
See "Box Transition" test in the elementary_test
