Summary:
Move autoplay and playback_loop method from Efl.Ui.Vg_Animation/
and The playback_loop changed from looping
because it conflict with the efl_ui_scrollable's symbol.
Efl.Ui.Image and Efl.Ui.Image_Zoomable is needed implements about this method.
So it temporarily set the @empty marker.
