Carsten Haitzler 6d77357cec make elm config all stored in blobs ion properties (as well as disk) ... only not multiple properties and fix up elm config tool so it works well with the better scheme. all internal changes so nothing app-wise is affected except for also exposing an event to tell you config was changed SVN revision: 64178		2011-10-19 12:46:56 +00:00
