Vincent Torri e18508b701 remove a bit the mess n ecore. It's just the first patch...
* add vim header
 * include config.h when necessary
 * fix the order of some include
 * move the standard header in ecore_private.h to the source files

I have recompiled all the efl and e17, and e17 seems to work fine with these changes.
If you encounter problems with that commit, let me know.

Ecore is the event/X abstraction layer that makes doing selections,
Xdnd, general X stuff, event loops, timeouts and idle handlers fast,
optimized, and convenient. It's a separate library so anyone can make
use of the work put into Ecore to make this job easy for applications.

COMPILING AND INSTALLING:

  ./configure
  make
(as root unless youa re installing in your users directories):
  make install

BUILDING PACKAGES:

RPM: To build rpm packages:
  
  sudo rpm -ta @PACKAGE@-@VERSION@.tar.gz

You will find rpm packages in your system /usr/src/redhat/* dirs (note you may
not need to use sudo or root if you have your own ~/.rpmrc. see rpm documents
for more details)

DEB: To build deb packages:

  tar zvf @PACKAGE@-@VERSION@.tar.gz
  cd @PACKAGE@-@VERSION@
  dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -rfakeroot
  cd ..
  rm -rf @PACKAGE@-@VERSION@

You will find all the debian source, binary etc. packages put in the directory
where you first untarred the source tarball.
