Carsten Haitzler 91b0dbc6fc lok's patches for hal support. works a bit better now - removable devs are 
mounted as the user and it monitors other mount work by other apps etc. etc.
some fixes to remove segv's and at least make mt cd/dvd drive recognised asa
storage device, but it seesm as of now mounting of cd/dvd media doesn't work :(

Sebastian Dransfeld ac35054634 We need id's for gadgets which are independent of shelves, so if we move 
a gadget from one shelf to another it will keep the same config. Since the
id is mainly for the module to find the appropriate config for a gadget,
the module is now responsible for creating id's for gadgets config. One
problem is that we no longer can trust the id of a gadget, so we need to
store a reference between a gadget and its config after startup. No big
deal.

Carsten Haitzler 67766a472a moving wizard pages to their own files - modules loaded. in alphabetical 
order only if they start with "page_". this way 3rd parties can add new
wizard pages post e install (or remove them) without a recompile needed.

Carsten Haitzler 31ded828f1 first module makes its way into a module of its own. 
this
1. allows different config dialogs to do the same thing - eg replace it with
a different ui or idea.
2. allows people to switch off cofngi they dont need or want and even not ship
the ui to configure it
3. is a nice proof of concept that modules cna do more than just be the
things at the bottom of your screen in a "panel".

Carsten Haitzler 7eacb34996 during startup ibar keeps re-filling all icons in a tight loop (though still 
looping ecore) because efreet's idler keeps scanning icons and issuing change
events for everything. this slows things down a lot and causes ibar to be
inactive for a few seconds because icons are being deleted and re-created. i
have "paused" e_order updates until the first list change - that means the
idle scan cache fetch is over and operation is "normal" again - issue a big
change then anyway and so be up to date, but only on scan completion.

David Walter Seikel b438740bc8 More I2C work. Made the temperature sensor scanning more generic, but only 
increased the limit to nine.  A better way would be to do an ls and check
for all temp*_input.  Next time I will do it this way.

I still haven't tracked down the sensor name information.  It's out there
somewhere, I'll have to look at the source code for lm_sensors to see how
they do it.

Viktor Kojouharov d2515a119e the pager and iconbox now emit a signal when a border changes state from urgent 
to normal and the other way around.

for the themers: the iconbox icon, the pager window and the pager desk, receive
 the signals e,state,urgent and e,state,not_urgent, so you can do something nice
 with those.
