Mike Blumenkrantz 7b1eef157b super sekrit module mostly complete: introducing the new and rewritten quickaccess module! 
found in the Launcher category, this module allows for windows to be hidden/shown using bindings, and can be used to turn any window/application into a quake-style drop-down terminal or whatever else you would use triggered window hiding/showing for.
config options:
* autohide - hides window when focus is lost
* hide instead of raise - by default, qa will raise an activated window if it doesn't have focus; use this option to make it hide instead of raising
* automatically reopen when closed - this option, when set, causes qa to relaunch the application which created the window if the window is closed. it should (probably) only be used for terminals, and requires some magic for setting window names on terminals which I have created some infra for extending to non-standard terminal types; currently all xterm clones, urxvt, and terminology are supported. note that setting this option will cause the entry to become permanent, as any entry which is set to restart itself when closed cannot be transient
* transient - a window added to qa is initially a transient entry, meaning it's temporary: once you close the window, the binding is deleted, though the binding will remain if you restart e17. if you uncheck this option, it will become a permanent entry which can only be deleted either through the quickaccess advanced settings or the keybindings dialog.

fun fact: you can get to the quickaccess settings faster by clicking the Quickaccess... border menu item

1. dont use a livethumb resolution OF THE SCREEN! per pager desktop
that means u alloc width*height*4 bytes... u have 6 desktops,
1920x1080 screen... thats 48mb for the backing images at full res. no!
bad bad! so i cut it down to 1/16th of the screen res. ie 1920/16 x
1080/16 for the full rest "livethumb". at least its much more
managable (i woke up to find after an update my e was using an EXTRA
100mb of ram! (2560x1440*4desk + 1920x1200*4desk).
2. dont create the livethumbs at all unless you have the bg preview
on! (i had it off and i still paid the price of the mem usage).
3. make the live preview inverted in the cfg gui - ie enable the live
preview, not disable it.
4. fix theme to preview bg fills the pager base box correctly within
the border bounds.
5. dont enforce aspect handling in livethumb as pager is "master" of
aspect (taken from desktop anyway).

thing. it means u know its a fullscreen window opening AND thus u can
"protect" against security issues like apps popping up fs windows

this should completely eliminate the previous behavior of locking e completely during load of theme list, but does NOT fix the same locking which still occurs when loading lots of file icons; some edje eio helpers are required for this :/

Chidambar Zinnoury 907ea06deb e battery: don't report battery as charging when it obviously isn't. 
On my laptop, when the travel (second) battery is finished discharging, its status is being reported as Unknown. As its charging rate is zero, stop pretending it's charging.

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri 793a93c467 e17 now respects default application settings in file manager. 
load defaults.list from ~/.local/share/applications and
$XDG_DATA_DIRS/share/applications.

This file is a FreeDesktop.Org standard used by both Gnome and KDE. It
is already managed by E17 at Settings > Apps > Default Applications.

The standard allows a list of applications to be specified for each
mime-type. This order is now used by e_fwin.

If there was a list specified then "Open" will use the highest
priority instead of asking which one to use. "Open with..." still
works and respect the order.

Mike Blumenkrantz cfaf0c12b5 brace yourselves: E WINDOW PHYSICS MODULE! 
if you have ephysics installed, a new module 'Physics' will be available under Look which provides some fun physics effects on windows such as:
*velocity based on drag direction/speed
*collisions
*gravity
note that the edges of the screen are considered boundaries, and so windows will bounce off or get stuck in them; you will have to drag a window out if it gets stuck because I've disabled physics effects in edge areas to both 1) prevent windows from sneaking past the screen limits and flying off into space 2) actually getting stuck to the point that you can't get them out

help needed!

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri 9ac4ed7144 everything terminal config now reflects e_config->exebuf_term_cmd 
exebuf was deprecated and thus its terminal command
configuration. Everything replaces it, but still uses its own
configuration.

change and make everything save e_config->exebuf_term_cmd as well.

(most people may have ignored this because xterm is the default and
available everywhere... but my machine, as I just removed it)
