Hermet Park d6a3eb3dec containing ui setup steps in the profiling again. 
This change is for compatibility to compare the new measurement with the past existing ones.

Now we proprly fix the missing setup steps in the profiling.

Requirements:
-------------
Must have:
 libc
 libm
 evas (at least 1.1.0)

This is meant to be a detailed and comprehensive benchmark suite for Evas.

The images can be interchanged for demonstration purposes. Logo.png should 
have some areas of alpha to demonstrate transparency.

COMPILING AND INSTALLING:

  ./configure
  make
(as root unless you are installing in your users directories):
  make install
