In win.edc add blocker for its content and programs for it. Add
Eina_Bool blocked and was_enabled to _Elm_Menu_Item for correctly blocking
and unblocking of main_menu. They used for saving state which was before modal
win was apeared. Add callbacks and private functions in menu.c for blocking and
unblocking menu. Add integer modal_count to Elm_Win_Smart_Data for creating
enum of modal wins. Add changes in win.c for blocking content, in_focus callback
and menu while modal win is exist.

this adds a hand1 sample cursor theme/image so the theme can find
cursors, (more should be added later), and now actually makes the elm
cursor handling properly set the cursor and update the hotx/y as
needed by tracking the hot swallow object. this relies on a fix in efl
as well.
When focus highlight animation is enabled, focus highlight can be
resized only by animator inside edje. So, if there is no animation
by some reasons, focus highlight just keeps its original.
@fix
this now has elm themes have a version number. we start at 110 (just
matches efl/elm 1.10 that this will be released in) and this means
theme files that do not claim a recent enough version (or claim no
version at all) will not load/be used. default should/would always
provide this so you always will fall back.

This use the infrastructure of Edje to set the AUTHORS of the theme. It now
make sense to track who did contribute to the theme only. Maybe we could use
those information into Enlightenment About Theme dialog.
Summary:
Previously text colors were specfied in the form color: XXX XXX XXX AAA throughout all the edc files, eg color: 255 255 255 255 this made it imposible to write a script to change text colors with sed as it changed many other parts of the theme as well.
Some colors had been defined in fonts.edc and in some places these were used but not many. This change means that all non textblock font colors are defined in fonts.edc and the defined names are used throughout the entire code base. This means that sed only needs to be run on 1 file to change the text color or it is easy to do manually
textblock colors were not done for 2 reasons
1. They hadn't been done in the past so there was no standard for me to follow.
2. They are all specified in html notation eg #FFFFFF which means that they can be changed with sed without effecting the rest of the theme.
If a standard can be come up with for doing this and people think it is worthwhile i can probably fix them at a later date

This commit add the following new tags:
title, subtitle, bigger, big, small, smaller, code, comment,
string, number, brace, type, class, function, param, keyword,
preprocessor, line_added, line_removed, line_changed.
Tags has been unified in 3 new utility macros:
COMMON_TEXTBLOCK_TAGS, ENABLED_TEXTBLOCK_TAGS, and DISABLED_TEXTBLOCK_TAGS
to avoid repeating too much in the theme.
Also a new test is in: "Entry Style Default" that show all the new styles.
Docs will follow soon.

Removed check for resetting the same icon name. This allows setting an icon

this breaks shadows completely. no more dicking with shadows until the object that they should come from gets finalized.
Summary:
Currently, focus highlight comes on the widget's geometry. Elementary does not have option to provide the focus highlight on widget's part.
This patch provides the option to provide focus highlight on the widget's part.
e.g. data.item: "focus_part" "part";
The focus highlight would come on part's geometry instead of widget's geometry. This patch only works on widgets which uses
resize_obj.

This breaks elementary_config (open it and you'll see the weird bugs on

During animation, if the naviframe wasn't inside another object that would clip
it, you could notice the shadow going over some object around.
When we scroll the genlist with decorate all mode, newerly realized items looked like a normal mode.
This was caused by a new theme. Genlist item style should handle all the necessary parts when decorate mode is enabled/diabled.
This fixes T576.
The swallow part was properly renamed and namespaced, so reflect that
in the code. Also force a edje object recalc before moving the magnifier.

name_entry can keep the selected file/folder name(s for multiple selection)
or new file/folder name for save.
Instead, path_entry will focus only navigation with anchor.
I renamed it to name_entry because it can keep both file name and folder name.

This was added for the backward compatibility.
I can't find any use case for these aliases but we can't remove it because this was included in the released elementary.
When pressed in and released out of handle,
right oriented panel shows different behavior.
In addition, fixed highlight_show, highlight_hide signal like other orientation.
I saw http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/ticket/1616 and it is related to standard profile.
In standard profile, icon and end part of entry are aligned to center so that only half of parts are visible.
It should be aligned like mobile profile.
elm.panes.fixed/unfixed -> elm,panes,fixed/unfixed.
whoever added this signal should be spanked.
I left the signal emission from the code due to backward compatibility.
So there is no theme api break.
We should remove the previous one when we start EFL 2.0.

style
The theme with double spinners is now a different style, so the user
can choice wich style he wants to use. It also removes the deprecated
flag from the elm_calendar_format_function_set() function.

The layout has two parts, one for placing a menu bar on the window and
the other for placing the actual window contents. The content part is
an Evas box with a custom layout that mimics the standard widget
placement rules inside the window (adapted from resize_objects_eval
and resize_job)
Note: a custom layout was written here, because it's not possible to
use a common stacking layout, since applications do not follow the
stacking rules (they don't use EVAS_HINT_FILL and
evas_object_size_hint_align_set). Maybe, with time, applications
could be changed to use them, so the custom layout may be removed.

The prefs widgets aims to aid with the implementation of
preference/configuration windows/UI elements in Elementary-based
applications (think of Enlightenment configuration dialogs,
elementary_config, etc).
Prefs is a widget that populates its view with widgets
bound to data types (following the instructions of a ".epb" file that
describes a set of items) and handles the storage/restoration of such
data on a configuration file automatically.
There's also the prefs_data handle, which is the one dealing with
user saved data for a given epb defaults set.
The documentation on the new widget is rich (we have examples and even
an EPC reference) and there's a new test entry for it.
I'm blogging about it soon, with screeshots and more details.
