clean up some multibutton ugliness - this breaks theme api...

multibuttonentry really didnt follow elm conventions - it didnt use
namespacing for most singals/swallows - it dug into objects reading
object part geometry where it just should have calced min size and be
done. it did all sorts of other things it shouldnt/didnt need to.. so
i fixed that now... and dark theme has the support.

Fix wayland borders to not need framespace defined in theme anymore.

NB: Use a rectangle, swallowed into the frame object, to calculate
framespace values.

This also fixes zmike's Fat-Frame issue ;) (ie: frame size and

titlebar)

genlist: implement list position signals.

Genlist will now emit the following signals to item view related to
their position in the whole list:
- elm,state,list,first: first item of the whole list
- elm,state,list,last: last item of the whole list
- elm,state,list,middle: any item that is not first or last.
- elm,state,list,single: when the item is the only element of list.
And the following related to a group (considering its given 'parent'):
- elm,state,group,first: first item of the group
- elm,state,group,last: last item of the group
- elm,state,group,middle: any item that is not first or last.
- elm,state,group,single: when the item is the only element of group.
Unlike odd/even the signals have an extra namespace "list" or "group"
to avoid conflicts with applications that may have declared these
signals themselves for other purposes.
With this patch one can implement easily something like this:

- _anchors_do() receive fileselector object as first parameter,
in _on_text_unfocused cb fileselector passed as 'data' and not as
'obj';
- when entry is unfocused, it can contain usual text or anchor-styled text,
so the only secure way to pass path is to pass sd->path.

elm player - this breaks elm player theme api. it was broken to begin with
...
now elm player is a much mroe useful widget with nice auto-show/hide
controls and can in future be extended to do more. dark theme has full
support now.

This can reduce human mistakes when adding new signals (and typing).
This is not all, I will work on adopting these macros for oter widgets.

Adding an API to Dayselector.

This patches introduces a new API that will make the Dayselector more
flexible. Before this patch the only way that the week this was being shown
was according to the '%a' format type from the strftime() function,
However the user may want to abbreviate using another criterion. This patch
will allow the user to do that.

elementary_test: elementary_test should be more kind to execute specific test

I frequently mistake test name because of spaces like "fileselector"
In this case, nothing appeared and nothing is complained.
For lazy developer like me, this patch makes elementary_test ignore spaces.
In addition, elementary_test will complain and exit if wrong test name is given.
