nearly everything in e is square except for this, which was a holdover from the
b&w theme. the new image looks more coherent with the rest of the square look
image created by me, licensing to match rest of theme images

Summary:
Checkbox should support a third state "indeterminate" along with "Checked" and "Unchecked"
This third state is a state of checkbox which is shown when checkbox is neither Checked nor Unchecked.
- Added this new feature on the basis of a boolean variable's value.
- By default this boolean variable is disabled and checkbox will treat like old way.
- While adding this, I kept in mind, that applications which are already using checkbox, should not be affected, so I used 0=False=Unchecked, 1=True=Checked, and 2=Indeterminate
- Also added an example check_example_o2.c, which is using checkbox with both ways, using boolean, and using enum.
- Now also values can be set using boolean values, but it will give a type casting warning. As a boolean doen't support third state, so I used an enum int like.
- Added APIs to enable disable third state mode. elm_check_three_state_mode_set(check_obj, bool_val), and elm_check_three_state_mode_get(check_obj)
- Modified old APIs which were setting or getting states of checkbox.
- Added a state in theme of checkbox, with third state image.

this should have been done with the module rename, and this release is the last chance to get it fixed before it has to be permanently maintained with wrong names
this adds a hand1 sample cursor theme/image so the theme can find
cursors, (more should be added later), and now actually makes the elm
cursor handling properly set the cursor and update the hotx/y as
needed by tracking the hot swallow object. this relies on a fix in efl
as well.
This use the infrastructure of Edje to set the AUTHORS of the theme. It now
make sense to track who did contribute to the theme only. Maybe we could use
those information into Enlightenment About Theme dialog.
New icon for the E module as discussed on T427, I'm not
really happy by all the bits but its a good start. Also put
in the inkscape svg mockup file.

- fixed theme to look less like an arse:
- overlap theme is translucent
- naviframe title visibility toggle is now animated
- item pop/push animation now applies to title area as well
- icon without title label is now centered (see Naviframe 2 test)
- title label and subtitle are now centered among the free space, should not overlap buttons anymore.
- title will use a font-size range, trying to not overlap buttons anymore.
- title will use ellipsis, trying to not overlap buttons anymore.
- prev/next buttons do not have a fixed min/max size anymore
- emit signals elm,state,title_label,show and elm,state,title_label,hide
- by default the previous button label is the title of the previous page
however by using a regular elm_button with an icon and long label
exposes a bug with button theme. And there is a conceptual issue: if
the previous button label is too big, it will look horrible. We should
have a maximum size that, if reached, should have ellipsis. This
should be a different elm_button style, with
elm/button/base/naviframe/back_btn/default being an alias to it.

Subject: [E-devel] [Patch] Ecore, Elementary: Supporting indicator
opacity mode
This is Myoungwoon Roy Kim.
This patches are for supporting the indicator's opacity mode and made by
Jeonhoon Park(jh1979.park@samsung.com) who is responsible for Indicator
application.
Requirements:
- In mobile device, Indicator area should be displayed as Opacity,
Transparency, or sometimes Translucency according to the UX
requirements.
This requirement can be applied in case of fullscreen based menu and
fullscreen applications like video player etc.
Functional requirements:
1. User can set indicator's opacity mode as opacity, transparency, and
translucency
2. User can get the current indicator's opacity mode.
Currently there are no APIs for supporting the upper functional
requirements.
Thus, he added support for indicator's opacity mode.
It is designed for EFL developers easily to set the indicator's opacity
like the existing indicator's mode.
He added a Elm_Win_Indicator_Opacity_Mode structure variable into
Elm_Win
structure.
Meanwhile, new two APIs are implemented independently from the existing
source code.
Anybody please review this and apply it to upstream code.

Dear Developers,
I added a new widget called “Multibuttonentry" which could be used as contact button in App
This widget allows a user to insert a text button.
text button is inserted by pressing the "Enter key"
If there is no space in the current row, the new button is entered in the next row. If the button is clicked, it will become focused.
And focused button can be removed by pressing the "backspace" key.
when items are added over 1 lines, if Multibuttonentry lost focus, it becase shrink mode (made it as 1 line)
Please review it's APIs and functionalities.

This contains a very simple and stupid window manager to be used in
FB, PS3 or similar single-window engines. Everybody is welcome to
improve it, particularly:
* Edje: better border decoration theme
* Edje: nice background
* C + Edje: taskbar with minimized items.
* C + Edje: find a better protocol to determine window size,
accounting border decoration without account shadow! Right now I'm
taking everything :-P
* C: window management keys (Alt+F4 and like)
