Cedric BAIL 068d07757f * edje: converting edje file to make them compatible with old and new 
loader. I didn't expect so many of them, maybe some one can take care
	of reducing their number (0 would be a good target).

Andreas Volz 6e35928dea added two new configuration options for the geometry_manipulation conf plugin: 
int         geometry_auto_move; // GUI
   int         geometry_auto_resize_limit; // GUI

This does influence the configure_request algorithm in the way that the user could disable the window 
geometry move and resize feature that is useful for e.g. Gnome fileselector or gnome-terminal tabs.
There was a use case on the list where this was not nice so I created an option to disable it. If one thinks
a special e.src shouldn't activate this feature by default, please change it.

Hannes Janetzek 1321020294 - fix 'maximize fullscreen' action 
- allow any maximized windows of any type to be manipulated when allow_manip is set
- remove 'maximize expand' option from config gui. this is the same as 'maximize smart'
- dont restirct iconify of fullscreen borders. this is policy that can be (and is) 
  restricted by gui.

Hannes Janetzek 91211ef9c4 reopen fileman and dialog windows after restart of e. 
- modules using e_configure_registry_add must be modified to 
  use registry path as window class for this to work
- fileman now uses e_remember to remember position instead of 
  handling it separately
- added option to window remember for remembering dialogs and 
  fileman windows automatically

toma 9375493c3e Opened up some more possibilities for window maipulation icons. In go the new Application icons. The application icon is now used for shellscripts in efm. Restructured the icon names so theyre all in the 1 place in file managers and in the .edc file.

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri 0f02a1e5e6 Split window manipulation dialogs. 
This splits the old "window manipulation" into "maximize policy",
"geometry", "stacking" and adds a new feature to configure keyboard
move/resize.

toma 74bea17d1d Textblock in. Revised the use of textblock tags and fixed up all the modules to use it more correctly. This style may need to be repeated across all the E-MODULES-EXTRA modules for unification of styles. The altered .desktop files still look perfectly fine on BlingBling and a few other themes Ive tested it with. The textblock style itself could probably do with a little tweaking.
