Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri ffa6cb3439 mouse cursor cleanup. 
* removed basic/advanced, only size was extra in advanced and it is
   far from being advanced-only feature.

 * better order, with enlightenment's cursor theme option right above
   the old "Ilde Cursor", now "Idle effects" as it is only applies to
   E cursors.

 * Remove lots of redundant "Cursor" from phrases... god, we're in a
   cursor setting! everything relates to it!

Christopher Michael ff96a40305 Fix all this config window class mess once and for all. Now using the config 
registry path for window class correctly in that when the module(s) shut
down, the will kill the dialogs.

Hannes Janetzek 91211ef9c4 reopen fileman and dialog windows after restart of e. 
- modules using e_configure_registry_add must be modified to 
  use registry path as window class for this to work
- fileman now uses e_remember to remember position instead of 
  handling it separately
- added option to window remember for remembering dialogs and 
  fileman windows automatically

Davide Andreoli 3d41cbb20d More icon works, this commit include changes to the icons on the desktop. 
You will probably loose desktop icons until you get a fresh profile. Or you can edit the
.desktop files in .e/e/fileman/favorites (new icons name are: user-desktop, user-home, computer and user-temp)

Sorry for bothering... the next commit should be the last ;)

* add toolbar used in config dialog. will be used for more. makes ui more
  compact and flexible.

toma 74bea17d1d Textblock in. Revised the use of textblock tags and fixed up all the modules to use it more correctly. This style may need to be repeated across all the E-MODULES-EXTRA modules for unification of styles. The altered .desktop files still look perfectly fine on BlingBling and a few other themes Ive tested it with. The textblock style itself could probably do with a little tweaking.

Carsten Haitzler a7a05c624d move a bunch of other config dialogs over to be modules. 
before i do more. i need to fix a glaring stability hole... try remove
aconfig module while the config dialog that module handles is up... :)
