Clean up maximization, there is only one unmaximize function now. Think

this code can do more advanced stuff than the previous code.
The logic is that if the window is first maximized vertically, then
horizontally it should equal that both directions are maximized at once.
unmaximize can only be done in directions already maximized.
The code works, but hasn't been thorougly tested. Please report any errors
to me, and I will fix them!

nice little overhaul of module related stuff. moduels now finally RELY on

module.eap files being installed - and using the e_apps api to load them and
ask for a name. Also icon is expected to be in this file too and i have
removed the info func call from modules as well as config_menu, module menus,
and other cruft in moduel structs. this also means revving the module api
version and saving users from a "if i recompile it will work" thing. :)
moduels need serious updates, not just a recompile for this. your modules
WILL break.

Update of the Shelf Content config dialog. Now one can have several instances

of the same gadcon in one shelf.
The config dialog still contains some problems :
* If the config dialog is opened, and at that time the settings of the gadcon has
changed, then applying settings will overwrite changes with the old values.
(will be fixed soon).
* The problem of gadcon identifiers. For example if one have two instances of the
ibar in one shelf, then changing settings of the one ibar gadcon will automatically
change the settings of the another gadcon(s) in the same shelf. Basically, they
are not distinguishable. (will be fixed soon, but need raster's
consultation/help/explanation :))
* Icons in "Selected Items" lists (will be fixed soon)
* Names of the gadcons in "Selected Items" list should start with capital letter.
* maybe something else I forgot to list.
Raster, your code is still presented in the file :). So, if unfortunatelly you will
dislike what I did :), it can be easiely rolled back :)

It seems that if all the radios in the group are toggled off, then it is

not possible to toggle on any radio in that group :-\. This happens
because the variable toggle==0 when all the radios are toggled off. Consequently
the "toggle on" code is not reachable.
If the toggle variable is removed, then everything seems to work fine.

PAM support for Desklock is added. Now system-wide authentication is available and one

can use its user password instead of setting just desklock password. However, the possibility
to set a personilized password is still available. If somebody think that it is
not neccesarily to have it now, please write :)
Moreover, the desklock dialog is updated. Now, the advanced tab includes all the settings
that are on the basic tab.

Don't calculate size on every append, just calculate when e_widget_ilist_go

is called. This speeds up widget_ilist drastically, especially when adding a
lot of items and does not appear to have any adverse effects. Tested with
all code that is using e_widget_ilist.

- two more states for the fileman edje, hover - unhover
- implemented hover functions when dragging
- relative actions / default relative action in place (not working yet)
- there is SERIOUS BUG when using multiple windows of efm, when dragging
or using the band on 2+ windows for the first time segvs, i think this
was also before my changes.
- still there are lots of things to be coded, dont expect to work
cleanly yet

Rework Modules Config Dialogue a bit. No need to click Apply button anymore. Just click the radios to enable/load/unload. Old apply code left but commented in case we want to revert. RFC on this :) -devilhorns

- new code for mime handling, an inheritance model, working good
check the e_fileman_mime.c for the idea.
- rewrite of several parts of efm to handle the new model.
- it isnt fully functional, but this commit is a first step.
- actions are working for the menu generation only, they dont execute
right now.
- lots of comments, docs on the source.
* **WARNING** this is code in progress expect it to brake things *

Fix bug where changing a config value then selecting a different page (Basic/Advanced) would reset the value to it's original state. Fix config dialogs to work correctly for this. Going for the modules config dialogs next.

1. move thngs to dialogs from the e_error ones. fileman files are left - they

have a lot of work to go to be done well (ie work that e_app does to read
stdout/err shoudl be here too - or we need to eventually virtualise this)
