Do not activate DPMS, Screen Saver or Locker if there is a fullscreen window.
...
I guess there is nothing more annoying than having a fullscreen window
to watch a quick movie, read some text or webpage or whatever and have
the DPMS to show, or the screensaver to be activated or your screen to
be locked.
This patch uses the new border signal and counts, if there is at least
one fullscreen border, then avoid doing these annoyances.
I'm not accounting for any border parameter/property, like if it is in
a visible screen or desktop. I hope this is fine, otherwise let me know.
I also asked and common sense at IRC (at least to me and englebass) is
that there is no need to configure such behavior, so there is no
configure option for it.
I'm also thinking about maximized windows to have a configurable
behavior to match this, but I'm not sure.

don't show "Lost Windows" on main menu. It is already in "Windows" submenu.

This makes the first level of the menu simpler. If you want the "Lost
windows" on the main menu back, make sure you remove the "if (dat)"
branch inside _e_int_menus_clients_pre_cb() otherwise you get duplicated menus.

add full udev support for temp module:

if e is compiled with eeze as the preferred backend, a new config page will appear in the settings for the temperature module where internal and udev are selectable options.
udev mode should support ALL possible hardware, so if you've been having issues with the current temp module, try udev mode!
also note that udev mode provides an extra amount of precision for hahas; it also still obeys the configurable polling intervals.
please test and report all bugs!

udev mode enabled in battery module (--enable-device-udev) with polling time supported. udev times are extremely accurate AT THE TIME THAT THEY POLL.

I have added what I call "fuzzy mode", which (in udev mode only) averages the past 10 polling times to give a somewhat more readable measurement.
bugs: none that I know of?
todo: make fuzzy mode average the previous 10 times without resetting except on state change, fix "fuzzy mode" checkbox to only enable when udev is selected

added browse folder action to browse the containing folder of a file in
everything.
now for example you have a plalist entry or a file from tracker search and
want to do sth within the parent dir of that file:
select browse folder -> .. go to parent -> trigger-evry-again ->
select delete/copy/watch the folder as slideshow or do whatever.

enables eeze_udev support where available, currently only illume2, as a device backend to replace ehal.
unless --enable-device-udev is explicitly specified, e will continue to use ehal as the device backend.
upon selection of eeze_udev, a brief warning will be shown during config summary.

Icons should get events, even if the loaded edje group does not.

This bug was exposed by e_widget_deskpreview, that uses native E
backgrounds as edje group. As backgrounds likely do not need mouse
events, or in the case of backgrounds converted from JPEG/PNG images,
the edje would never get an event, so as e_icon, then those that rely
on events on icon will never get called as no children get events.

NEVER, EVER should modify the stringshared pointer.
...
That is why stringshare returns "const char*".
ZMike, pay attention to these cases. I know this one was particularly
nasty to spot since you receive the "const char *path", but later on
you request strrchr(path..) and receive "char *p", the cast is done
implicitly by libC to make all the case works (C++ version fixed this
recently, but in C there is no way).
The crash that lead me to investigate it was spot by Lucas De Marchi
at advanced wallpaper dialog, but actually other places that uses efm
should be equaly broken.

Introducing the styles:
* fast: does not have focus-in/out effect, similar to "slow", but runs in
0.1 second, so quite fast.
* focus-out-colored: the focus-out has a color applied to it, the
color is gray by now, but can be changed with conf_colors (last
item), one can go crazy and make the focused out yellow or make
them semi-transparent;
The "comp" configure dialog now the focus in/out effects as well, to
make user know what is happening a boring label is overlaid in the
preview.

- added function to get path or url from Evry_File, so that sources dont have to set both.

- check evry_file_path/uri_get() before using either. when return not NULL file->path/uri can b$
- make 'open with' plugin only show apps mathings the files mimetype
- added 'open with' action which takes any app as second argument
- sort actions that match item type before those matching subtype

fix winlist focus, for me. delay grab release to be after pointer warp so that another underlying widow cant produce a focus_in event.

I havent tested all 2^10 possible way to configure focus/winlist, let me know if sth broke for you.

Add automatic Quickpanel direction. Basically this allows the

quickpanel to show up where there is the most space (ie: if you move
indicator toward the bottom of the screen, and the quickpanel cannot
fully show below indicator, it will automatically show above indicator).

jump to key also when it is already bound. imo one could remove the warning dialog:

usually one wants to set an action for a keybinding and not be told that this key is
bound to anoher action. currently i interpret it as 'you shall not change a binding
that was set for you to be exactly like this!'
