The symbol table fix on Linux doesn't translate well on BSD.
Adding code to use the older behaviour with the BSD systems
and retaining the new preferred behaviour when using dlopen(3)
on Linux.
Summary:
bluez4 support is now basically dead. nothing ships it anymore. bluez5
is a new api that is rather different so new code. also a new gui with
more complete features etc.
not everything is done as i'd like. need:
1. many more icons for device types (60-70 maybe?)
2. a few specific custom icons for some action buttons (like
pair/unpair)
3. icons for group headers
4. gadget status - the gagdte itself displays zero status. it's a
button to display a popup. that's all.

So yeah, I've literally used sed to replace every occurrence of
ecore_time_add() with ecore_timer_loop_add() because I'm reasonably
confident that no part of E has a legitimate need for timer based on the
exact current time.
It would be really nice if I'm not wrong. :)
The reason for this is the incredible spew of clock_gettime() calls I'm
seeing on an ARM system (that should have a vdso for gettime, but...)
This can amount to thousands of system calls per second.

ALSO dont remove dups from e_module_new as we may be walking at the
time. instead refuse to load a module alread loaded bu name. this
should solve things better.

Summary:
Found this with a quick valgrind session. For paths that are not directories, if we fail the `ecore_file_is_dir` condition memory will not be freed.
The change is to use the default e_path freeing function.
Test Plan:
Run enlightenment in valgrind. It should no longer show a mem leak like below.

due to the (current) synchronous creation of wayland surfaces in efl,
creating these dialogs during startup will result in a crash. the only
way to prevent this and still display the dialogs is to wait a bit and
show the dialogs after init has completed
as promised almost a year ago, this module has been unmaintained to
the point where it cannot function in any way, and attempting to keep
it in the tree is a futile effort

it is now possible to create a xephyr window in a drm-enlightenment session,
launch wl-x11 enlightenment in xephyr, and then launch wl-wl enlightenment
inside that enlightenment
the primary limitation on this output module is that all internal windows will
appear in the outer compositor due to the current restriction of ecore-wayland
with regard to only having a single global display server connection

it's somehow possible to get multiple instances of a module in the config.
since I don't know whether this is a current or past problem, prune the list
on every module load to remove subsequent instances of the module

after this commit, the new-but-invisible module "lokker" (or other custom loaded module) is in charge of creating all graphics for the lock screen, and it will be added to the user's config. failure to load a lockscreen module will just result in a black screen
desklock subsystem now handles all the pre/post lock stuff while the modules themselves are responsible for creating visuals and calling auth functions to determine whether to unlock the screen
p16 is a pager replacement module which uses deskmirror to show you live views of each desktop. it has a separate theme and reuses a lot of pager code.
not sure if original pager should be kept, but it's still around for now.
pager and pager16 both provide the same gadget and cannot be loaded simultaneously
this is the first of the wayland output modules, and it is extremely simple as a result of the compositor rewrite. for any other wayland output modules, it should be enough to simply create an ecore_evas canvas and do startup in this way.
