Added Enlightenment banner on "E website blue" field. Just a quick jobbie

in GraphicConverter, based on cK's "enlightenment.gif" as used on the E
website at the moment.  Cleaned up the artifacts on some of the lettering.
Will probably continue and make some nicer banners in time, e.g. based
on this PNG version but extend to 600x80 with gradient to white or to
transparency on the right-hand side.  Couldn't work out how to do it in
GraphicConverter so will have to get X working again to run GIMP.  ;P

Updated the 'logos' page with a link to this banner.
