Enlightenment website core

yautja 6084ca2d31 A bunch of changes to "http://enlightenment.sourceforge.net/". We don't ... actually link to it from anywhere, so it's not likely that people will stumble upon this by accident, but you never know. =) Also having direct access to a test area is nice, allowing us to sandbox proposed website changes without having to wreak havoc all over the main server ...
