Carsten Haitzler e3489d5f89 evas_render - store active obj geom in array to be able to filter faster
part of rendering is figuring if obj is inside current geometry.
before we had to actuall poke around inside the object. this moves the
geometry into the active object array so the data is fecthed fast and
already there for filtering as this is the most likely thing to filter
out an object.

unfortunately this seems to have some bugsd and i'm baffled why, so
leave it there and ifdefed out for now for suture hunting.

Wonki Kim 88e1fc9613 evas: Add shutdown logic on thread creation failure
Summary:
In case of thread creation failure, shutdown logic will be stuck.
To prevent stuck, set exit variables to make thread_shutdown working
even if init fails.

Also modify init logics to return init result to a caller.

Guilherme Iscaro 0e53b9a8ac Evas: Add support for multiple focused objects.
Using the multi-seat support, Evas is able to handle multiple focused objects.
This implementation allows one focused object per seat.
This patch introduces new APIs and events to handle this new scenario,
while keeping compatible with the old focus APIs.

Jean-Philippe Andre a9eb2303fb evas: Provide loop from Evas.Canvas
And indirectly also Efl.Canvas.Object.

I believe those two classes should even inherit from Efl.Loop.User.
Right now this patch relies on the new dependence of Evas over Ecore,
and is maybe a bit ugly as is.

Carsten Haitzler 742fbc5717 evas canvas destruction - detect zombie objs and hack at them with axes
ok. so here's the issue at least now. we have eo objects in the canvas
and they have a refcount of 2 user_refcount is 0. the calls stack does
NOT show we are calling callbacks at that time on these objects. they
are not in the backtrace (the canvas is, the objects themselves are
not).

SOMETHING is keeping 2 eo "internal" refs on these objects and i have
no idea what/how/who. it's a royal pain in the butt to find out as the
only way is lots and lots of logging and you get drowned in the
logging...

so what I have now done is a super ugly workaround that detects these
zombie objects that refuse to die and just FORCES them to die when the
evas canvas frees and clears out layers.
ac10a00acc doesn't really cause the
issue, it just brings it out in the open for all to see far more
easily. but something is deeply wrong SOMEWHERE with SOME objects and
our refcounts.

eo_shutdown is not called. if this is called we are in crash land.

Jean-Philippe Andre 290b3d8926 Evas: Remove invalid code
Since Efl.Canvas.Image and Efl.Canvas.Scene3d inherit from
Evas.Image, the two CHECK(isa) can not be reached, and also the
cast from eo_data_scope_get() would be invalid (it should return
NULL as those classes have no private data).

Also, I believe the CHECK() for texture3d can not be reached
either since texture3d objects are not evas objects.

Youngbok Shin f4f9753c20 Evas: Add API to reinit the language and use it in elementary.
Summary:
evas_common_language_from_locale_* functions kept static pointers
inside of its functions. Once these function was called, it was never reset.
It made big problems for harfbuzz and hyphenation. Also, Elementary
provides elm_language_set() API. Then we need to support it fully.

Tom Hacohen 6efbfe227a Eo: Add a return value to eo_constructor().
From now on, constructors should return a value, usually the object
being worked on, or NULL (if the constructor failed). This can also

object from the constructor.

This is one of the final steps towards stabilizing Eo.
