Finally got around to fixing the build.  Having Imlib2 already installed
should no longer be necessary to build it.

Sytse Wielinga 6e9aea25d7 - Fixed building with automake 1.6.3, by adding the 'CCASFLAGS' and 'CCAS' 
substitutions to configure.ac
 - Fixed building with autoconf 2.5, by making autogen.sh run aclocal and
   autoconf also in libltdl. I'm not sure if it is all-right in all cases;
   please have a look at it.
 - Added some things to .cvsignore.

Question: shouldn't stamp-h.in be removed from libltdl and imlib2_loaders? If
it's needed, it will be autogenerated anyway. To my opinion evas1 should also
be removed from SPLIT, as it isn't used anymore there, comments?

and configure.ac; I'll have a look how to fix this correctly.

Tom Gilbert b374d48ccc Fix bug in ellipse drawing introduced who knows when by who knows who. 
The ellipse code is total shit, but at least now it does what it is supposed
to.

Could someone with the ability do a release at some point? Lots of users
have reported problems with bug.

draw_pixel had an inverted test for clipping and so was always calling the
wrong function.

Will this fix ever see the light of day? Who knows?! :)
