This is the first commit of the headers split phase in elementary.
Now, each widget will have 2 or 3 h files:
- widget_Eo.h: Eo API functions (functions defines, enums, base id).
- widget_Legacy.h: contains the API functions related to objects
- widget_Common.h: common data (structs, enums...) + functions not related to
objects. This file will exist only if needed.
This phase is needed for the EFL 1.8 release to disable Eo APIs if we
consider it is not enough mature to be used by applications.

This patch broke at least two stuffs:
1. item movement with key arrow
now up/down arrow scrolls genlist now move to upper/lower item.
2. item del routine.
item del callbacks are called twice LOL.
this also broke apps that use elm_fileselector_button which uses elm_genlist internally.
Once these are fixed and tested more, I will re-commit this.

I removed it->generation, sd->generation, it->walking, sd->walking

flags.
This flags was used for deferring deletion of genlist items.
After deferred, items can be cleanup when _item_select() is called.
This flags was used for preventing crash when subitems are deleted right
after one item is deleted.
But this made genlist code too complicated and could hide internal
issues. One of the issues is incorrect use of EINA_INSTLIST_FOREACH (or
forloop). Because sub items can be deleted when one item is deleted, I
used whlie loop and EINA_INLIST_CONTAINER_GET(sd->items->last, xx) and
not defer the deletion. This has no problem evenif inlist sd->items is
changed inside the while-loop.

Would you check if the attached patch is right? It seems that the
negation
was incorrect, inhibiting the one-direction-at-time flag to take
effect as
if there is a scroll (x or y, or '1 || 1 == 1') and it would be negated
evaluating to 0.
This flag should remove the annoying behavior of scroller inside
scroller
when you start dragging in one direction and then move slightly on the
other and it would affect both scrollers. My case is an horizontal panel
with 3 genlists side-by-side. If I start moving from one list to another
and my finger/mouse goes up/down, I don't want the lists to scroll.
Similarly if I'm scrolling the list (vertical) and then I slightly
move my
finger left/right I don't want the panel to change.
It is still annoying that one axis should be the double as the other.
I'd
say that only 50% more would do, suggestions?
If it's right, would you please apply as my devenv is a mess right now
(working from virtualbox on a temp machine)

elementary/focus : Add four more focus direftions. ELM_FOCUS_UP, ELM_FOCUS_DOWN, ELM_FOCUS_RIGHT, and ELM_FOCUS_LEFT. These are for supporting elm_object_focus_next with four directions. And I added elm_object_focus_next_object_set(get). By setting focus next object manually, developer can set its own first candidate of focus next. Lastly I added elm_object_focused_object_get, for easy finding of current focused object in one object sub-tree.

Fix the elm_shutdown bug in _elm_shutdown_config.
...
When the elm_shutdown is used after elm_config_all_flush, the segment fault occur.
It's why it uses ecore_x in _prop_all_update_cb after removing it.

Elementary elm_glview: call surface update when mode changes
...
When glview mode was set using elm_glview_mode_set() function, it
wasn't properly calling the surface_update function internally.
This can potentially cause the surface to be not updated to the latest
mode that was set by the user. Also removed a call to the surface
update function that was unnecessary.

This is the number of pixels the range which can be scrolled, while the scroller is holed.

Add the option about sending signals in content_pos_set.
...
When the scroller is resized, the signals("elm,action,scroll", "elm,edge,top" so on) shouldn't be sent,
because it's not a scroll-action. So in this case, the content_pos_set should be called without the signals.

Issue: Currently There is no possibility in entry to get currently
selected context menu items contents i.e., Label, icon etc:- due
to this issue a separate callback has to be added per item or the
item's contents has to be sent in data.
Fix: This patch fixes this problem by sending item pointer as
event_info and providing APIs to access the item pointer. This fix is
very useful for applications which add their own context menu items to
entry's context menu.

some items in the middle are omitted and the index can be displayed

Fix 1byte invalid read & do memset, rewind if needed.
...
Summary:
1. because eina_simple_xml_parse uses char *, buf should be null
terminated. So I use memset.
2. Because NULL is needed at the end, I add one more byte.
fread read exact bytes and has no NULL.
3. If buf is failed to alloc (very rarely case), it is not need to rewind and memset.
Test Plan: Use valgrind and elm_map_name_add API

also it fixed a logic error when theme changed is happened.
It will try to apply the original style if the orientation style is invalid on theme changing.

[focus][popup] fix focus related bugs
...
1. if user just hides the popup, the focus tree is broken. it is caused by elm_object_content_unset(notify);
popup calls elm_object_content_set(notify, popup); in the _on_show(); it would be terrible.
there would be a structual problem, but it is hart to figure out.
2. _elm_popup_smart_focus_direction(); calls notify's focus_direction(); and it calls popup's one again.
there is circular dependency between notify and popup.
